Weight gain

Wow it has been a long time since I last posted. I have gain so much weight back in the last couple of weeks it is really sad. I decide to go on a juice feast in hopes that it will jump start me back into the grove of eating healthier along with cleanse my body. Yes I will loose some weight but I can say that most will come back due to water weight. So I am back up to 181.8 I gained 11 pounds in the last month due to stress and being depressed.
So today is day one of the feast. I will replace 1 meal with juice and today was lunch. I will try and update this as I go on I am striving to do a 30 day cleanse so here we go!!!

Goals and Changes

Okay so I said I was gonna post my goals for 2012. Well, I made a list a LONG list and lets say it all has changed. LOL so my New goals for this year is simple REALLY simple!

Goals 2012
1. BECOME a Minimalist
2. LOOSE weight I don't care if it is 10 lb. or 30 lb. 
3. SAVE money!
4. READ more

This year having my own garage sale or sales and ebay are going to be my hobbies for the year. Life is Crazy!! This year will be a lot of tests too. I know myself and my family will overcome anything that comes are way!! 

Oh and this is not a bad thing at all. This is a GREAT thing so no one need to think any of this is bad =)

Wow where did 2012 go?

Wow I cannot believe that I haven't been on since oh October! Simply crazy! Scary thing is I have been on but not blogging. I have to say though it is so true, the older you get the faster the years go by. Well, let see I guess I should revisit last years goals and see how I did for the blogging world to know.

 Goals for 2011!! 

Loose 30 lb. 
I ONLY LOST 10 lb. but hay it is 10 lb. I no longer have 
Read 5 books at least Read 1
Organize the house more 
Cuss less LMAO
Reduce Clutter Yep getting better 
Cook at home more nope didn't really do this
Learn to sew 
Workout again Did for a while 
Save more money Yep did this!!!
Hang up pictures 
Hay I have one ready to go just not up LOL but at least 20 sitting
Blog once a week LMAO failed at that one
Potty train the little one

So okay I got some things done. So this years list is still a work in progress. But I will share it soon and I hope to make more progress on it then I did on 2011s list.

The weight^ was after a Juice feast I did. So I knew I would gain some back.

Okay so for the month of Oct I lost a whole .02 woo hoo but you know I didn't gain so I will take it. My Goal was to loose 30lb for the year.

        Goal 148.6

So I have 12.8 to go for the Year.
That breaks down to 1.42 lb a week till the end of the year 9 weeks. 
I know I can do this I just have to get in the right mind frame!!!

Long time no post

Wow I think the last time I posted was 5/8. There went my goal of posting once a week at least. I cannot believe that summer is almost over about a month to go. Altho I cannot wait for my now 6 year old with a mouth to return to school I still would love more time with my kids. There is so much I have not done that I wanted to do this summer. So this next month after Bro gets to feeling better. He is having surgery to have his tonsils and ad-nodes taken out on Friday. I have to try and teach and spend our time doing our list! We did one thing on it and if we don't get it all done I am not going to beat myself up just learn and move on. Isn't that what life is about?
So I just got done doing a Juice feast. I am so proud of myself and look forward to doing it again in the next few months. I am going to keep juicing because I think it has so many great health benefits to it. So I guess I should do a weight update. It is by no means where I wanted to be at this point in the journey but hay It is one feeling a one bite passed where I was so here we go. This is from my last post and I will add to it. =0)

(8.2 pounds to go to year goal but not stopping there.)

In between there I have lost then gained and lost again! I am back on track now and will keep going down.

My total goal is to weight somewhere between 130-125
YES I know for 5'2" some charts say WAY less but I did find one that was more realistic it says I should be
Low 108 Target 125 High 144
so I think my goals are pretty in line with it.

My goal 130 -156.8= 26.8 lb. to go
I cannot believe I am on the down swing I never thought I would be able to say I have 26.8 lb. to go . Seriously ask someone who has asked me how much more do I have to go and I probeley said 40 more. Mentally I have not realized how close to that goal I am. So the journey goes on!!!

Wednesday Weight Update

Well last month got the best of me. I am happy that Jelly Beans will no longer
be seen everywhere I turn, LOL. I gained quite a bit of weight over the month (5.6lb) and decided to make some changes. So what did I do.
I quit doing WW and went back to wearing my bugg (Bodybugg)
I have to say I am loving more of the Challenge that the bugg gives me.
I can see what I am doing or how lazy I was for the day and so on.
Now don't get me wrong I love WW, really love WW but I needed more challenge so that is why I changed.

So now for the weigh in:

jelly beans and don't work out but one day. So the goal is to get the 3.2 lb off for next week. I have gone 2 days with out any jelly beans =). I look at this like Christmas. I love my jelly beans and while I can get them I will eat them BUT I need to work out some more so I don't keep gaining!

I lost nothing this week and I am okay with that. I ate bad this weekend and only worked out
2 times. Hay I will have weeks like this better then a gain!!
I have been learning a lot about what this weight issues at least for me. I am working

I have decided that I will also keep track of each week on here. Why because I want everyone to see not every week is great but that a pound here and there can add up to a lot. I hope to inspire someone to make small changes and realize that small changes lead to big changes. Also that if I can do it they also can do it!!

Drivers License


Today day is day 97
The other day on facebook I had a conversation with a few girls. We were talking about weight loss and wanting to be pre prego weight. Somehow we got on the topic of License that we wanted to weigh what our license said. I had found an old one that I had from when I got married and had to change my name and it said I weighed 125. LOL I know for sure I did not weight that much more like 155 lol. So the other day I decided to look at my current one that yes I got like 2 years ago. Well, it said 168. LMAO Lets just say In the past 6 years I have not weighed anything less then 178 and that is right after I had my first baby Which is 5. Before I got prego with the first I weighted 190. I even checked that with the doctor last week LOL. So I thought it was hilarious that my License said 168 like the person that would be paying attention to that couldn't see that it was obvious that I did not weight that much!

Wed is weight in day at my house and will be the day I will let anyone who cares how I am doing on my weight. So I stayed in my points for the entire week and worked out 2x I would have like to of done more but got sick boooo. Also, that is why this post is late.

My current weight is 168
Did you catch that my weight is 168 I officially weigh what my silly License says. Now who ever looks at it will be like man you look nothing like this picture! heheheheh going forward I will always put the right weight. Why because now that I have lost weight I am happy to admit how much I weight!!!
